We sell air and water purifiers that begin at Rs 30,000. We do a lot of cold calling. Whether you sell products or intangibles, people buy benefits, as Chetan points out. I would highly advise you to listen carefully to the part of training that deals directly with closing -- this is the hardest part of the sale. Listen to all the different closing options and go to that customer and close them. The wheel has already been invented -- there is no need to try something new.
